1. What this covers
This policy describes cookies and similar storage on Outbid. Contact: qa@outbidtalent.com.
2. Strictly necessary
“sid” — httpOnly session cookie. It identifies your signed-in session after Firebase sign-in. Without it you cannot stay logged in or manage listings.
3. Browser storage
localStorage “cookie-consent” — records that you accepted this banner. localStorage “signin-email” — used only for email-link sign-in so the same device can finish the link. Firebase may also write its own keys for Google or email-link auth.
4. Analytics
If cookieless Umami is configured, it counts visits without advertising cookies and without building a marketing profile. Public totals may appear on the Stats page. If it is not configured, we do not load that script.
5. Payments
Polar checkout runs on Polar’s domain and may set cookies needed to complete the payment. Those cookies are controlled by Polar’s policy.
6. Your choices
You can block or delete cookies in the browser. Blocking “sid” signs you out and prevents sign-in. We do not use non-essential advertising cookies on this site.
